I can't remember if you mentioned that a strong body helps with
depression. After all my drug use when I was younger, chemically
and emotionally I was a mess. I let my health go and then fell
deep into sadness. Doc's put me on meds witch partially work,
but now that I am doing your exercises, I'm actually feeling
kinda happy! Only been doing some of the starter exercises for
about three weeks and can already feel a difference physically
and equally as important mentally! Also because of your unique
way of setting a routine that includes both exercises AND
Cardio, I don't get frustrated or bored with doing them. (Witch
is a big deal 'cause I'm lazy!) Also my karate, especially my
balance, has vastly improved. See you soon.
